**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist** **Job Description** As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, you will be responsible for completing delegated tasks and handling scrap with dedication and proficiency to ensure customer satisfaction. This hands-on position involves managing inventory, ensuring proper storage, and transferring shipments to the warehouse while strictly adhering to all legal and safety procedures. **Responsibilities** + Oversee all activities and operations at the end of the line. + Follow all safety, process, and operational procedures for cutter and/or grinder. + Fill out necessary paperwork and perform end-of-line SPC Tests every 30 minutes. + Conduct LT% checks every 15 minutes and make corrections as needed. + Identify basic sheet faults and understand how to address basic issues. + Notify appropriate personnel of any non-routine issues. + Inform the shift leader or line/operations manager about quality and process concerns. + Perform Appendix changes, including tape, PE, barcodes, AS/AF, etc. + Replace tape and barcodes when depleted. + Make adjustments for length and width changes. + Execute pallet changes. + Manage Inkjet message settings. + Enter orders into SAP. + Perform other duties and activities as directed. **Essential Skills** + Experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production setting. + Proficiency in operating forklifts and handling materials safely. + Ability to identify and resolve basic sheet faults. + Familiarity with SAP for order entry. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6 months of experience in manufacturing or production. + Understanding of plastic production processes. + Completion of PPF-01, 04, 09, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 with at least 75% proficiency. **Why Work Here?** We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.
