HIRING FOR GENERAL LABOR- $23/HOUR (NO INTERVIEW- GO TO WORK)

Schedule:Full-time, Monday through Friday

Pay Rate:$20.00 – $23.00/hour

Duration:6 months

Work Environment:On-site restoration and remediation work

Position Overview

This role involves traveling to job sites to assist in cleaning and restoring buildings affected by water, fire, or other types of damage. General Laborers will set up equipment for water removal and drying, and help remove and clean furniture, supplies, and other items from damaged areas.

Key ResponsibilitiesTravel daily to job sites to perform restoration work.Set up and operate equipment for water removal and drying.Remove and clean furniture, office supplies, and equipment from affected buildings.Assist in restoring buildings impacted by water and fire damage.Perform general labor tasks including demolition and carpentry-related work.Required SkillsExperience in general labor, construction, and remediation.Ability to perform demolition and restoration tasks.Comfortable working in physically demanding environments.Additional QualificationsAbility to regularly lift 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance.Comfortable with exposure to chemicals and cleaning materials.Capable of standing, walking, climbing, and working at ceiling heights or in crawl spaces.Able to perform repetitive tasks such as pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying.Why Work HereOpportunities for overtime and career advancement.Pathway to roles such as case manager or project manager.Supportive team environment with hands-on training.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
