**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our team. This role requires working C or D shift: 7am - 7:15pm or 7pm - 7:15am on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday. The position involves operating a Stand-Up forklift to manage inbound and outbound shipments, loading and unloading trucks, and handling full pallets to ensure products are correctly stored. **Responsibilities** + Operate Stand Up forklift for inbound and outbound shipments, loading and unloading trucks. + Pick full pallets and store products accurately. + Ensure quality control by paying attention to detail, especially with FDA-regulated products. + Identify and correct mistakes, ensuring compliance with GMP/SOP standards. **Essential Skills** + Experience operating a stand-up forklift. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Proficient in using computer systems and RF Scanners. + Stable work history with reliable attendance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with GMPs/SOPs is a bonus. + Experience with SAP/Inventory systems is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** You will be part of a team in a brand-new, safe work environment. The facility is brand new, with air conditioning in the summer but no heat in the winter due to product temperature requirements. The site serves as a distribution hub for chocolate manufacturing, dealing with chocolate liquor, powders, cocoa butter, and more. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethlehem, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
