**Hiring for Fabricators in MN- pay up to $28/hour in Plymouth, MN.** **Responsibilities** + Operate various machine shop equipment, including Press Brake, Burn Table, CNC Mill, Bridgeport Manual Mills, and Punch Press. + Read and interpret blueprints to produce both production and custom parts. + Ensure accuracy and quality of parts by using precise measurements and fabrication techniques. + Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production deadlines. + Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to safety and efficiency standards. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience with Press Brake, CNC Mill, or Burn Table operation. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. + High School Diploma. + 5+ years of experience in setting up and operating fabrication equipment is a plus. + Strong understanding of fabrication techniques and machine operations. + Ability to work with materials such as mild steel and understand the use of outsourced parts. **Pay & Shift** + First & Second shift + Monday to Thursday + $28/hour and up depends on Experience. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
