This role blends technical expertise with hands-on problem-solving, ensuring that production runs efficiently, safely, and to exact specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, comfortable interpreting complex drawings, and proactive about improving processes. **Responsibilities** + Develop and optimize CNC programs for the machining of precision components. + Maintain and update existing CNC programs to improve production efficiency. + Interpret complex engineering drawings to ensure accurate program development. + Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues. + Implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and safety. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in CNC programming. + Experience with Mastercam and Fanuc control systems. + Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach. + Ability to interpret complex technical drawings. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Abbeville, SC. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
