**Job Title: Cherry Picker Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Cherry Picker Operator to join our team in the receiving department. The successful candidate will operate cherry pickers and use RF scanners and systems to manage inventory and prepare products for shipping. **Responsibilities** + Operate cherry pickers to move products within the warehouse. + Utilize RF scanners for accurate product tracking and inventory management. + Pull and put away products according to shipping requirements. + Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. + Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in operating cherry pickers and forklifts. + Comfort with working at heights up to 15-20 feet. + Experience using RF scanners and inventory systems. + Ability to lift, carry, pull, and push up to 70 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally. + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + A High School Diploma or GED. + Ability to read and write in English. + Preferred experience in general warehouse operations, especially in the picking department. + Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one. + Basic computer skills and experience with scanning equipment. **Why Work Here?** We prioritize employee development and safety, offering weekly performance reviews and feedback sessions to ensure success. The facility operates with a team of 100-120 employees divided into receiving, picking, and shipping departments. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, with an average of 45 hours per week. Employees should be prepared for 10-hour days early in the week and occasional overtime to meet order completion requirements. The work involves frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
