**Job Title: Assembly Lead**
**Job Description**
The Assembly Lead is responsible for guiding a team of assemblers in the construction of custom HVAC units and industrial air filtration systems. This role involves utilizing blueprints and basic hand/power tools, as well as identifying areas for improvement within the manufacturing process.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead a team of assemblers to build custom HVAC units and industrial air filtration systems.
+ Utilize blueprints and basic hand/power tools in the assembly process.
+ Identify and implement areas for improvement within the manufacturing process.
+ Ensure quality and efficiency in assembly line operations.
+ Coordinate with team members to achieve production goals.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in blueprint reading and mechanical assembly.
+ Experience with hand and power tools.
+ Knowledge of lean methodology and continuous improvement processes.
+ 1+ year of direct mechanical assembly experience.
+ Ability to interpret schematics and wiring for installation assembly.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 2+ years of experience in leading a team of assemblers.
+ Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles.
+ 5+ years of electromechanical experience.
+ Experience with HVAC systems and electrical soldering.

**Work Environment**
Work in a clean and relatively quiet setting where safety glasses are required. The facility includes a main assembly area, fab area, and warehouse space, along with a comfortable break room.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
