**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** The assembler will be responsible for assembling gas pumps from start to finish at individual work benches, working off blueprints and utilizing hand and power tools. This includes completing sub-assemblies and finalizing the pump assembly. The role also involves assembling crates for shipping the completed products. Larger pumps may require the use of an overhead crane for lifting, while smaller components are hand lifted or team lifted. These pumps are installed into generators for hospitals, commercial buildings, or diesel engines. **Responsibilities** + Assemble gas pumps from start to finish using blueprints and hand/power tools. + Complete sub-assemblies and finalize pump assembly. + Assemble crates for shipping products. + Use overhead cranes for lifting larger pumps. + Ensure products are built to specifications for installation in generators and engines. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Mechanical assembly experience. + Attendance and positive attitude. + Capability to stand throughout the entire shift. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6+ months of experience with hand tools and mechanical tasks. + Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally. + Experience with complex assembly tasks such as building furniture or working on cars. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy great benefits including company-paid medical, vision, dental, and health plans with options to add family members. Employees work within a small team of six assemblers in the production area. Each assembler has their own work bench and provided tools, with duties changing daily to ensure a custom-built experience.
