What You’ll DoPack and unpack customer orders accuratelyAssemble or disassemble cell phones for repair and shipmentPrepare cable boxes for shippingFollow detailed work instructions to ensure quality and efficiencyPerform additional tasks as assigned to support production needsResponsibilitiesAnalyze and troubleshoot failed phones using established methodsDisassemble and reassemble cell phones into proper cosmetic housingReplace LCD screens, motherboards, batteries, and secure componentsDocument repairs using basic computer skillsMaintain high attention to detail and quality standardsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience: Previous work in a production/manufacturing environment requiredSkills:General mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructionsBasic troubleshooting and rework experience with cell phonesAbility to stand for the duration of the shiftProficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)Mindset: Detail-oriented, reliable, and flexible to take on additional tasksWhy Join Us?Full-Time & Long-Term StabilityImmediate InterviewsOpportunity to work in a growing industry with room for advancementJob Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coatesville, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
