**HIRING ENTRY LEVEL MACHINE TECHNICIANS** **Location: Coralville, IA** **1ST SHIFT - Monday-Thursday - 6AM-5:30PM.** **Pay $21+/hr** **WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON** **Job Description** We are seeking entry-level technicians to work on-site in Coralville, IA. The primary responsibilities include performing cleanings and preventative maintenance on various laboratory equipment. The position offers consistent and predictable schedules with opportunities for advancement. **Responsibilities** + Perform cleanings and preventative maintenance on synthesizers used in DNA processing. + Handle and maintain other machines such as robotic liquid handlers, HPLC machines, gas phase routers, and reagent dispensers. + Replace filters and conduct mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on equipment. + Maintain a meticulous and repetitive cleaning process for over 50 synthesizers on-site. + Ensure the operational integrity of laboratory equipment. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience. + 1+ year of experience in troubleshooting or working with mechanical/low voltage electrical components. + Curiosity and willingness to learn new skills. + Experience with maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with hand and power tools. + Experience in construction, hydraulics, service, and installation. + Familiarity with blueprints and pneumatics. + Nice to have: Experience as a farm hand. **IF INTERESTED APPLY DIRECTLY TO POST OR TEXT 319 720 3461** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.59 - $29.87/hr.
