Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. This position requires individuals who are comfortable standing throughout the day and are eager to collaborate with others. You will be cross-trained in various areas to ensure a smooth production process.

ResponsibilitiesDocument received items in the Receiving area.Perform Factory Resets by manually pressing a button.Conduct Automatic Tests by plugging in up to 32 units to determine repair needs.Execute Wi-Fi Tests and Elevated Temperature Tests.Perform Cosmetic Cleaning and Repair.Carry out In Process Quality Control (IPQC).Prepare kits and build pallets for shipment.Ensure parts are scanned at every step of the process.Essential SkillsStrong attention to detail.Ability to stand for the entirety of the day.Collaborative team player.Willingness to be cross-trained in various areas.Additional Skills & QualificationsHand dexterity.Punctuality.Experience with assembly, repair, packing, and quality inspection.Familiarity with test equipment, RF scanners, computers, blueprints, power tools, and general labor.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a brand-new facility designed specifically for our operations, located in Elgin, IL. The facility features a locker area and a cafeteria equipped with refrigerators and microwaves. Conveniently situated close to major roads, gas stations, and restaurants, this location provides ease of access and a comfortable working environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
