What You’ll Do

As an Assembler, you’ll be at the heart of our production process, transforming components into high-quality finished products. You’ll work with a supportive team, using tools and blueprints to bring designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble switchboards, panelboards, and other electrical components with precision.Read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.Use torque wrenches and hand tools to meet exact specifications.Inspect parts for damage and ensure assemblies are level and square.Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety protocols.Collaborate with team members to solve problems and improve processes.Perform visual inspections and troubleshoot errors to ensure top-tier quality.Use CAD software and order entry systems to follow design structures.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis.What You Bring

Essential Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Solid communication and problem-solving skills.Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.Familiarity with CAD software and basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
