**Hiring ASAP - Warehouse Associate**
**Job Description**
As an Overnight Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse during the night shift. You will report directly to the Overnight Manager, executing tasks with precision and efficiency to meet customer and stock order demands.
**Responsibilities**
+ Generate manifest for dispatch and confirm customer and stock orders.
+ Interpret various warehouse documents to identify items for movement, gathering, or distribution.
+ Open cartons, sort merchandise, and relocate items from receiving or production areas to designated areas.
+ Organize and place merchandise on racks, shelves, totes, or bins according to predetermined sequences.
+ Prepare products for distribution within facilities.
+ Assemble customer orders from stock and place them on palettes, shelves, or conveyors for the packing station or shipping department.
+ Arrange stock parts in specified sequences for assembly by other workers.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in warehouse operations, material handling, picking, packing, and shipping.
+ Proficient in using RF scanners.
+ Ability to walk at a fast pace for 8-12 hours per day.
+ Capability to lift 50 pounds independently, potentially for 8-12 hours per day.
+ Comfortable working at heights using a 12ft staircase ladder.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ No minimum experience required, but familiarity with warehouse operations is beneficial.
+ Lift truck certification available upon permanent hire.

**Work Environment**
Work in a dynamic warehouse environment where tasks are tracked individually but performed within a team. The warehouse is non-climate controlled, and the use of cellphones, smart watches, or other electronics is prohibited on the floor.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Flower Mound, Texas.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
