Job Description

We are seeking CAREER motivated individuals to join a growing solar‑panel manufacturing operation as machine operators, where employees will learn to run automated production equipment, follow quality‑control procedures, and support high‑efficiency manufacturing processes. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn advanced manufacturing skills, travel internationally for training, and build a long‑term CAREER in the clean‑energy industry.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently.Perform routine tasks to support manufacturing flow.Follow safety procedures and quality standards every day.Work with your team to keep production moving.Help keep a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Essential Skills

Machine operation experience is a must.General labor and assembly skills.Proficiency in using hand tools and reading blueprints.Ability to measure with tape measures and use CNC machines.Troubleshooting skills.Familiarity with calipers and press brakes.Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Jeffersonville, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $47840.00/yr.
