**Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler - 1st Shift or 2nd shift** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembler for our first shift, who is capable of working Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with flexibility for overtime as needed, including weekends. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in electromechanical assembly and will be ready to contribute immediately to our production needs. $23 - $24/hr **Responsibilities** + Perform soldering, wiring, and crimping tasks with precision. + Read, interpret, and execute instructions and diagrams for accurate assembly of equipment and products. + Construct and test wire harness connections. + Conduct quality spot checks on products to ensure compliance with specified standards. + Report any product inconsistencies or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly. + Rework or repair assembled equipment and products in accordance with engineering specifications. **Essential Skills** + Minimum 3 years of electromechanical assembly experience. + Proficient in crimping and stripping 22-24 AWG wires. + Experience inserting contacts and soldering at an electronics level, preferably with knowledge of J-STD-001 standards. + Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards for electronic assemblies and wire harnesses. + Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics or assembly drawings. + Experience using specific tools relevant to production processes, such as crimping tools, soldering irons, and testing equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Soldering or previous IPC certifications are ideal. + Experience in wire harnessing, crimping, assembly, and soldering. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wire schematics. **Why Work Here** Enjoy comprehensive full benefits and a 401k plan, ensuring a secure future while working in a supportive environment. **Work Environment** This role is based in a clean production facility, providing a professional and organized setting for all assembly tasks. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tustin, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
