**Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is seeking a Drug Manufacturing Technician to join their team.** As a Drug Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the Production Department supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow procedures precisely, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Drug Manufacturing Technician
**Location:** Richmond, VA 23236
**Pay Range:** $15.00 per hour
**Shift:**
+ 8:30am - 2:30pm
+ 9am - 5:30pm
+ 3pm - 11:30pm
**What’s the Job?**
+ Operate and maintain drug manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
+ Accurately weigh raw materials and active ingredients and combine them into blends.
+ Complete work orders, including batch record documentation, per cGMP requirements.
+ Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
+ Follow and complete documentation with minimal errors or corrections.
**What’s Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
+ Ability to follow procedures exactly and maintain accuracy in documentation.
+ Willingness to complete cGMP and safety training in a timely manner.
+ Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
+ Must successfully clear all screenings before starting.
**What’s in it for me?**
+ Temp-to-perm opportunity with initial 1-month assignment (extensions month-to-month).
+ $1,000 net bonus at 60 days and another $1,000 net at 6 months (attendance criteria apply).
+ Weekly pay with overtime available at time-and-a-half for hours over 40.
+ Consistent Monday–Friday schedule (various shifts available).
