We are seeking skilled Hi-Lo Operators to join our EH&S department. This role involves outdoor work, primarily operating a Hi-Lo to transport materials between plants. The position offers both morning and afternoon shifts, with mandatory weekend hours currently in place.

ResponsibilitiesOperate Hi-Lo vehicles outdoors to transport materials from one plant to another.Handle materials by moving, packaging, and preparing products for shipment.Ensure compliance with safety standards while operating equipment.Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient production flow.Essential SkillsPrevious experience operating a Hi-Lo.Valid driver's license.Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including cold and heat.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in production or general labor is beneficial.Must wear steel-toed boots and appropriate safety gear.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is predominantly outdoors, requiring walking between large facility buildings. The department operates in a meticulously clean, temperature-controlled, and well-lit space. Employees will adhere to clean room protocols, including wearing appropriate garb and beard nets if applicable. Our facility emphasizes organization and cleanliness through the 5S3K methodology.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holland, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
