**Job Title: Hilo Driver** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled Hilo Drivers who will primarily operate a sit-down propane forklift within our manufacturing plant. The role involves moving large metal bins containing class A parts throughout the facility and shipping docks. Candidates may also work in the shipping and receiving department or on the plating side of the plant. During downtime, individuals are expected to assist on the line as needed. **Responsibilities** + Operate a sit-down propane Hilo to move large metal bins. + Work in the shipping and receiving department. + Assist on the line during downtime. + Move parts throughout the plant and shipping docks. + Stack metal racks on top of each other. **Essential Skills** + 1 year or more of recent Hilo experience in a steel/metal manufacturing facility. + Experience in moving racks within a manufacturing setting. + Experience loading and unloading trucks, especially semi-trucks with metal racks. + 3-6 months of experience stacking metal racks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to lift 25 lbs. + Effective communication skills. **Work Environment** The work environment is a plating setting, which may appear dirty and messy due to the nature of the plating process. The facility is not air-conditioned.
