Working closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and IT partners, the Senior Analyst contributes to the design, execution, and improvement of testing processes across host-based, distributed, and client–server environments. With 3–5 years of experience, this role focuses on hands‑on testing, test planning, and quality practices while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA function **Section 3: Responsibilities** Clearly outline the primary duties and tasks associated with the role. Helps ensure consistent application of testing methodology across projects and participates in knowledge‑sharing within the QA team. **Qualifications** **Required Skills:** < > **3–5 years** of experience in software testing or quality assurance roles. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and defect management processes. Hands‑on experience with test planning, test case design, and manual test execution. Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar) is a plus. Familiarity with API testing, SQL, and basic scripting is beneficial. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and non‑technical teams. **Location & Hours of Work** < >Full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
