Job Description Summary:
This position reports directly to the HIH STO Leader and owns the strategic capabilities and delivery expansion roadmap. This includes scalability of operations and capability planning into cross-functional enterprise departments. Strong vendor lifecycle management, planning onboarding and offboarding vendors, contract negotiations and overall vendor benchmarking. This role will build-out of centers of excellence for AI, Automation and Data Analytics, in coordination with the HIH strategic growth plan.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The HIH Capabilities Lead will be responsible for operational mechanisms, governance, relationship management, and strategic planning – working closely with the HIH Site Leader on delivery expansion.Will be responsible for vendor management and vendor optimization.Financial acumen to understand the site budget planning and expense controlsPartner across teams for collaborative work environments building trustProvide thought leadership and governance activities to drive delivery efficienciesDevelop recurring and ad-hoc key stakeholders and Sr. leadership update materials.Will work with site lead on consistent delivery of site operations, ensuring change management principals are followed.Possesses interpersonal skills necessary to build commitment to the projects and negotiate compromises, and resolve conflicts, as needed.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on transformation progress, project milestones, and strategic plan developments.Partner with other core members of the leadership team to identify gaps, program risks, interdependencies, and strategies to successfully mitigate.Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 18 years of strategic planning and or project management experience leading large cross functional initiatives.Healthcare or technology experience is required.Process-oriented with quality mindset, strong organization, and planning skills, versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure with high-stake initiativesDemonstrated effectiveness operating in a highly matrixed organization.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Proven track record of delivering results and monitoring deliverables.Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Experience with stakeholder managementAdvanced ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally.Background working with vendors and building transformational roadmaps.Data analysis experience, and reporting software experience needed.Ability to remove barriers and enable teams to complete their objectivesExtensive change and release management experienceExcellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.About Evernorth Health Services
