**About the Role**
The Campaign Operations Senior Analyst plays a critical role in leading complex campaign operations and ensuring the successful execution of outbound communications across Enterprise Print & Distribution. This role goes beyond daily execution to include ownership of recurring campaign cycles, advanced quality assurance, cross‑functional coordination, and continuous improvement of campaign workflows.

What You’ll Do
+ Lead execution of complex and recurring campaign operations, including preparation of mail merge and send‑ready materials.
+ Independently manage campaign workflows, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to standards.
+ Own readiness activities across campaign cycles, identifying risks and resolving issues prior to execution.
+ Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies or workflow issues; recommend preventive controls to reduce repeat defects.
+ Support issue‑resolution efforts by supplying detailed insights and translating findings into actionable improvements.
+ Actively collaborate with business partners, production teams, and operational stakeholders using a consultative approach.
+ Anticipate cross‑team impacts of changes and help create alignment across stakeholders.
+ Suggest measurable process improvements that increase accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
+ Ensure campaign SOPs, templates, and operational documentation are accurate, complete, and current.
+ Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to partners and leaders.
What You Need to Do the Job
**Education & Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
+ 3–5+ years of experience in campaign operations, recurring campaign execution, or similar operations‑focused roles.
+ Demonstrated ownership of campaign workflows, mail merge execution, and operational quality assurance.
**Technical & Analytical Skills**
+ Advanced proficiency with operational and campaign tools, including mail merge and file preparation systems.
+ Strong analytical skills to identify data issues, interpret workflows, and support data‑driven decision making.
+ Experience developing dashboards, reports, or KPIs related to campaign or operational performance.
**Operational & Execution Capabilities**
+ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in high‑volume, deadline‑driven environments.
+ Ability to manage multiple complex workflows independently and prioritize effectively.
+ Comfort operating within defined SOPs while identifying opportunities to improve them.
