Job details Spherion is hiring experienced forklift operators for a temp to hire role with a leading forklift manufacturing company in Avon, IN. Applicants should have at least six months of recent experience operating an Order picker, sit down forklift, and stand up forklift. Applicants must be comfortable with heights as the order picker will go up to 30 ... feet in the air. This position is located in a brand new facility. You will start out in a primarily general warehouse role while the racks in the facility are being set up. Previous experience with using RF scanners is a plus. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be able to walk/stand for the duration of the shift. Please have your updated resume prepared. A tour/interview of the facility is required before starting.

Responsibilities:
-Operate a high reach order picker
-Operate various types of forklifts, including stand up and sit down forklifts
-Pick, pack, scan, load, and unload forklift parts using an RF scanner
-Maintain the appearance of the warehouse
-assist with other duties as business needs require

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
