Job Title: High Reach OperatorJob Description

We are seeking a skilled High Reach Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling receiving and shipping tasks. You will work in a busy environment, especially from January through June, and must be comfortable working in varying temperatures. This position involves a 1st shift schedule, starting from 7 am to 5 pm or 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

ResponsibilitiesDirect delivery drivers to the correct unloading station.Receive and sign for deliveries.Check deliveries against orders, invoices, manifests, and other documents to verify correctness.Record and report overages, shortages, and discrepancies.Inspect the condition and quality of delivered items.Record and reject damaged items.Process returns of damaged items.Complete daily receiving entries into computer system.Store stock in an orderly manner in appropriate locations.Assure proper storage conditions.Organize stock and maintain inventory.Conduct regular cycle counts.Comply with standard safety and operating procedures.Assist in warehouse tasks when needed.Regular and reliable attendance and adherence to work schedules are required.Essential SkillsHigh reach experience.Ability to lift 50 lbs. or work with a team lift.Team-driven or able to work individually.Experience with scan guns.Comfortable working in cold environments.Pallet building skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment.Understanding of cycle counts.Capability to lift up to 75 pounds.Previous experience in distribution warehousing is beneficial.Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision.Skills to work in a fast-paced environment with high pressure and stress.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
