**Hiring High Reach Operators in Carlisle, PA!** **Job Description** Join a leading distributor of commercial and industrial hoses in Carlisle, PA, specializing in thermoplastic, rubber, and metal hose products along with accessories like couplings and fittings. We are seeking skilled Forklift Operators to join our team to operate sit-down and reach trucks for the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. **Responsibilities** + Operate sit-down and reach trucks efficiently and safely. + Handle inventory and material management tasks. + Use RF scanners for picking and general labor tasks. + Participate in an in-person interview and perform a lift test before starting. **Essential Skills** + Minimum 1 year of experience operating a sit-down reach truck. + Proficiency in inventory management and material handling. + Experience with RF scanners and general labor tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with order picker equipment is beneficial. + Ability to work in a smaller team environment. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy great benefits upon permanent employment, with eligibility for medical, dental, and vision benefits starting the first of the month after 30 days of employment.
