**Job Title: HEO Technician** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team specializing in asphalt, mass grading, concrete, and site utilities as an HEO Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment on multiple job sites in the Charlotte area, contributing to the construction industry's growth and efficiency. **Responsibilities** + Operate a bulldozer and excavator to fine grade building pads. + Perform labor tasks as needed, including shovel work. + Assist with road and curb crew operations. + Utilize a variety of equipment including skid steer, roller, trackhoe, dozer, articulated dump truck, and front-end loader. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 3 years of construction experience operating heavy equipment. + Proficiency in construction, labor, grading, site work, and heavy equipment operation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 5+ years of experience with a civil grading contractor is ideal. + Desire to work in the construction industry with a focus on earth-moving equipment. + Familiarity with erosion control, fine grading, and GPS grade stake technology. **Why Work Here?** Embrace the opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values safety and professional growth.
