Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Directional Drill Operator and Locator to join our telecommunications construction team. This role is responsible for the precise placement of underground infrastructure using directional drilling and locating equipment. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.

Will work Monday through Thursday 6:30am-5:00pm---- FRIDAYS OFF! Not a ton of overtime as they really pride themselves on having a work life balance for their employees. (The project is about a year behind so will work occasional Fridays but pretty rare)

If applicable, mileage (if traveling over 60 miles) and lodging will be reimbursed per our company policy. Wage is competitive, benefits are exceptional, and each team member has the opportunity to receive profit sharing each year.

Pay will be $30-$35 an hour
