**Job Title: Helper** **Job Description** Join our team as a Helper, where you will be integral to our operations, assisting machine operators and handling small parts. You will train on the 1st shift for 4-6 weeks before transitioning to the 2nd shift. **Responsibilities** + Stand for the entirety of your shift, loading and unloading trays with small parts. + Assist in daily operations including loading, unloading, and transporting goods to and from workstations. + Lift up to 20 pounds as required. + Maintain manual dexterity and attention to detail in all tasks. + Collaborate effectively in a team environment. **Essential Skills** + No prior experience necessary. + Ability to stand for up to 8 hours. + Attention to detail and manual dexterity. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial. + Familiarity with general labor, machine tending, packing, and prepping. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive Health and Wellness package with low premiums and deductibles, effective from your first day of work. Training occurs on the 1st shift from 6am-2:10pm for 4-6 weeks before transitioning to the 2nd shift from 2pm-10:10pm. The 3rd shift operates from 10pm-6:10am. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockford, IL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
