Helpdesk Coordinator - Makati Job ID 247535 Posted 18-Nov-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Facilities Management Location(s) Makati City - National Capital Region - Philippines **About the Role:** The Facility Helpdesk Specialist is the primary point of contact for all facility-related requests and issues. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment by providing timely and effective support to employees and managing facility maintenance processes. **Responsibilities:** + Issue Resolution: Receive, triage, and resolve facility-related issues reported by employees via phone, email, and ticketing system, escalating complex issues to appropriate personnel. + Work Order Management: Create, track, and manage work orders for maintenance, repairs, and other facility-related tasks, ensuring timely completion and follow-up. + Vendor Communication: Communicate with vendors to schedule and coordinate maintenance and repair services, obtaining quotes and ensuring quality of work. + Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all helpdesk requests, work orders, and vendor interactions, generating reports as needed. + Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to all employees, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally, and providing updates on issue resolution. + Inventory Management (Optional): Assist with managing and maintaining inventory of office supplies and other facility-related materials. + Emergency Response: Participate in emergency response procedures, including communication and coordination during facility incidents. **What You’ll Need:** + Graduate of ANY course; At least 1-2 years of relevant experience + Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. + Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. + Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
