Skills and Requirements 1. 1-3+ years experience troubleshooting tier 2 level hardware and software issues 2. Experience troubleshooting Microsoft SCCM and O365 3. Experience installing and troubleshooting desktop and laptop operating systems and applications. 4. Strong collaboration, communication, and customer service skills Experience with Service Now Experience with Linux Systems
