Our client, a leading provider in the technology sector, is seeking a Help Desk III to join their team. As a Help Desk III, you will be part of the IT Support Department, providing essential support to various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a knack for troubleshooting, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Help Desk III** **Location: Madison, WI (Onsite 2 days a week)** **Pay Range: $25 - $28 /hr.
