Our client, a government agency supporting technology and public services, is seeking a Help Desk Support II to join their team. As a Help Desk Support II, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting the Help Desk team. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, patience, and strong communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Help Desk** **Location: Madison, WI - hybrid** **Note:** Hybrid work model, candidates will be required to be onsite at least 50% of the time, rotating bi-weekly. Onboarding will be on-site first 2-3 weeks.
