Our client is seeking a Customer Success Associate (Help Desk & Trainer) to join their team. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be part of the Customer Services team supporting schools and districts across Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Customer Success Associate (Help Desk & Trainer)** **Location: Madison, WI (100% Remote within the state of WI)** **What's the Job?** + Serve as a customer service contact for schools and districts in Wisconsin. + Create, oversee, and monitor requests, incidents, and problem resolution using user support ticketing software. + Assist school districts in understanding how to use WISEdata and WISEdash for data reviews. + Provide on-site or virtual training when appropriate. + Document, track, and monitor support requests to ensure timely resolution. **What's Needed?** + 1-2 years of experience in customer service or help desk support. + Familiarity with education software systems at the school, district, or state levels. + Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. + Effective oral and written communication skills. + Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
