As a Helix Operator, you will wear sensor equipment to guide a robot through human-like motions, collect high-quality motion data for AI model training, and flag any issues or bugs during data collection. You will also be responsible for sharing daily feedback with the team and maintaining a safe and organized workspace during all operations.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is a production/lab room setting where you will be surrounded by a goal-driven team of engineers. The work can be repetitive and may become monotonous, but it is crucial to stay on task and avoid distractions. Two shifts are available: 2:30pm – 11pm and 10:30pm – 7am, each accommodating 10-20 people.
