**Position Summary**
Manages all internal aspects of HEDIS MRRV and YRMRRV to ensure compliance to corporate standards and timelines.
Assists in the management of healthcare quality efforts by participating in quality data analysis, quality improvement projects, and regulatory compliance activities. Collaborates with the healthcare quality team to develop and implement quality measures, monitors performance metrics, and identifies areas for enhancement. Contributes to the successful execution of quality improvement initiatives and work towards promoting excellence in healthcare delivery.
**Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ Develops, executes and coordinates annual HEDIS project plans in alignment with QAPI and Quality/Population Health program strategies. Establishes and maintains timelines for delivery of assigned projects.
+ Supports healthcare quality efforts by conducting data analysis on HEDIS, STARs and other measures, and managing remediation in collaboration with national and local stakeholder groups.
+ Collaborates with Quality and interdisciplinary teams to analyze HEDIS metrics, evaluate opportunities for improvement, and assess the effectiveness of performance improvement initiatives.
+ Contributes to the successful execution of quality improvement initiatives and work towards promoting excellence in healthcare delivery.
+ Educates internal and external stakeholders on HEDIS program needs and compliance requirements.
+ Generates and interprets healthcare data reports and presents findings to relevant stakeholders.
+ Develops and delivers education and training programs to enhance the clinical knowledge and skills of healthcare providers and staff.
+ Participates in committees and workgroups focused on healthcare quality and process improvement methodologies.
**Required Qualifications**
3-5 years progressive experience in HEDIS data analysis program management in managed care setting.
**Preferred Qualifications**
Certified Health Data Analyst or other Quality Certification
**Education**
Bachelors degree in data science or healthcare related field or equivalent experience
Master's level academic preparation preferred

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$54,300.00 - $159,120.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
