The environment is deeply rooted in traditional manufacturing, offering the chance to work with manual machines, welding, sandblasting, and fabrication. For tradespeople who take pride in craftsmanship, this is a place where your skills are truly valued and put to use daily. With only about 15 employees, it’s a small, close crew. That means less bureaucracy, more camaraderie, and a stronger sense of ownership over the work. You’re not just a number—you’re a key part of the operation. The company’s reputation has outlasted its competitors, and demand is surging. It’s honest, hands-on labor in a place that respects the trade.
Work Environment
The facility is quite large in terms of physical space, but operates with a small team—approximately 15 employees. It has a distinctly old-school manufacturing atmosphere, with a hands-on, industrial feel. The workspace includes several specialized areas: a fabrication shop, a painting and sandblasting section equipped with manual machinery, welding stations for metalwork, and a storage area dedicated to train cars currently undergoing refurbishment. Please note: the entire facility is not temperature-controlled, so working conditions may vary with the seasons.
