We’re hiring Heavy Industrial Assemblers to join a fast-paced, hands-on environment where your skills make a difference — and your time is well rewarded. **Pay Rate** + Starting at $18.75/hr / $21.40 an hour + Up to $21.40/hr for 5+ years of experience + Double Time Pay on Sundays! **Your Role** + Assemble truck components including wires, hoses, hydraulics, and accessories using power tools and wrenching techniques. + Drill, cut, and shape parts using torches, plasma cutters, and grinders. + Read blueprints and measurements to position parts and subassemblies accurately. + Install decals, mud flaps, cameras, and other truck accessories. + Lift and stack parts and subassemblies (up to 35 lbs). + Rotate across different assembly areas based on production needs. + Maintain high-quality standards and follow safety protocols. + Be available for overtime and weekend shifts as needed. **What You Bring** + 6+ months in manufacturing or 1+ year in mechanical/assembly work. + Experience with hand and power tools, blueprint reading, and industrial assembly. + Knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, and machine assembly. **Why You’ll Love It Here** + Competitive pay with shift and Sunday bonuses. + Comprehensive benefits package. + Opportunity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. + Fast-paced environment with room to grow. **Work Environment** + Repetitive tasks involving parts and lifts. + Dress code: jeans, steel-toe boots, and a clean work shirt. + 3rd Shift Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7 PM–5 AM **Job Type & Location** + Contract to Hire + Location: McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.65/hr.
