Heavy Industrial Assembler
**Job Title: Heavy Industrial Assembler** **Job Description** The Heavy Industrial Assembler will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting various parts throughout the manufacturing process. **Responsibilities** + Perform tasks in the assembly and test departments. + Disassemble and inspect assemblies. + Assemble and test assemblies. + Continuously eliminate waste and reduce cycle time. + Collaborate with other facility teams such as Purchasing, Quality, and Engineering to quickly address and resolve assembly/test issues. + Provide feedback to Engineering on assembly/test discrepancies, drawing errors, and quality issues to prevent recurrence. + Promote and uphold values and a culture that prioritize workplace safety, housekeeping, and environmental compliance. + Build relationships with peers to foster teamwork and a unified purpose. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to walk, stand, climb, lift, and move up to 50 pounds + 3-5+ years in a manufacturing role preferred + Experience and proficiency using precision measuring instruments + Proficient in using hands for handling, feeling, and reaching + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Ability to understand and follow instructions in written, oral, or diagram form + Problem-solving skills for dealing with concrete variables in standardized situations + Mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals; compute rate, ratio, and percent **Why Work Here?** Enjoy excellent working hours and a comprehensive benefits package, including a yearly bonus incentive based on team performance.
