Job Description
As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating the skid steer on site to efficiently move materials, help unload flatbed trucks, stage materials, and relocate equipment or components of the system as required. You may also assist with general labor tasks when necessary.
ResponsibilitiesConduct daily safety checks and pre-operation inspections.Unload flatbeds of materials efficiently.Stage equipment and materials around the site.Adhere to all established safety standards.Essential SkillsAbility to operate a skid steer.Minimum of 1 year experience operating on a solar site.Proficiency in using hand and power tools.High attention to detail.Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.Willingness to work overtime when necessary.2+ years experience operating a skid steer in a construction environment.2+ years of consistent equipment operator experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in construction labor or other labor-intensive fields.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Enjoy a 40-hour work week from Monday through Friday with potential for overtime. Work outdoors in all weather conditions while wearing appropriate PPE and work clothing. Day shifts run from 7 AM to 5:30 PM, including a lunch break. Earn a per diem of $130 for each day worked.
