What You’ll Be DoingOperate excavators, loaders, backhoes, and other heavy equipment with precision.Assist with rigging, hoisting, and spotting to move equipment safely.Prepare and level ground for construction and transport.Troubleshoot and perform basic mechanical repairs.Support concrete and foundation work using mixers, compressors, and power tools.Handle general labor tasks like trenching, site cleanup, and organizing materials.Follow OSHA safety standards and contribute to a safety-first environment.What You Bring to the Table3+ years of hands-on experience with heavy equipment.Solid experience in concrete labor and general construction.Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.Willingness to travel frequently and work occasional night shifts.Bonus: Experience with forklifts and skidsteers.Your Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
