**Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team for various civil site work locations in the Charleston area. This role offers the advantage of local projects, allowing you to be home every night with minimal travel requirements. **Responsibilities** + Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, track hoes, and excavators. + Assist with manual labor tasks including shoveling, trench work, and loading/unloading supplies. + Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion. + Participate in general labor tasks as needed. **Essential Skills** + 2-3+ years of experience with heavy equipment including dozers, excavators, and graders. + Experience in fine grading is highly preferred. + Familiarity with GPS technology. + Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Willingness to submit to a drug test. + Flexible availability including overtime and weekends. + Ability to read blueprints and understand civil construction plans. **Why Work Here?** Join a team-oriented environment that values growth from within.
