**HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR – 40+ hours, year-round!** **$25–$30/hr** **Description:** Join our team as a Heavy Equipment Operator on an exciting mass excavation project for a water park in Bellevue, NE! If you’re looking for steady work through the winter and have experience operating heavy machinery, this is the position for you. You’ll primarily operate a bulldozer to smooth and grade land, ensuring the ground is prepared for building development. Tasks include moving soil until the land is perfectly flat and occasionally transferring loads to trucks. We provide a rapid interview process to get you started quickly! **Responsibilities:** + Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and front-end loaders. + Smooth and grade land using a bulldozer on a construction site. + Transfer loads of soil to trucks efficiently and safely. + Work independently in an excavator to load trucks with materials. + Ensure deadlines are met by maintaining a consistent pace. **Essential Skills:** + 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment including dozers, tractors, and excavators. + Ability to meet project deadlines consistently. + Familiarity with GPS systems and civil site operations.. + Physical ability to work outdoors in various conditions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Proficient in handling and operating equipment such as dozers, excavators, and front-end loaders. + OSHA 10 certification (will be provided if not already held). **Why Work Here?** + Be a part of a dynamic team working on a high-profile project. + Enjoy 40–60 hours per week through the winter with built-in overtime. **Work Environment:** + Location: Water park job site in Bellevue, NE. + Schedule: Mon–Fri: 7 AM–5:30 PM | Sat: 7 AM–3:30 PM. + Dress Code: Jeans, work shirt, boots (PPE provided). **Upon applying, expect a call or text from Chris!** **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
