**Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator**
**Job Description**
The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating the TMM attachment on a skid steer. Operators may be required to assist with general labor tasks as necessary.
**Responsibilities**
+ Conduct daily safety checks and pre-operation checks.
+ Unload flatbeds of material.
+ Stage equipment around the site.
+ Adhere to all safety standards.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to operate a TMM Machine.
+ Minimum of 1 year experience operating on a solar site.
+ Ability to use hand and power tools.
+ High attention to detail.
+ Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
+ Ability to work overtime, when necessary.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Must have 2+ years experience operating a TMM.
+ 2+ years of consistent equipment operator experience.
+ 2+ years of Skid Steer Experience.
+ Experience in construction labor or other labor fields.

**Work Environment**
This role offers a 40-hour work week from Monday through Friday, with the possibility of overtime when necessary. Operators will work in all weather conditions and must wear PPE and appropriate work clothing on site. The position operates on a day shift from 7 AM to 5:30 PM, including a lunch break. A per diem of $115 is provided for days worked.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Farmington, NH.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
