Job Description

Seeking a Foreman/Heavy Equipment Operator to oversee recycling operations, including handling a rock crusher and other machinery. The role involves supervising crews, ensuring safe and efficient recycling of concrete and mulch, and maintaining equipment performance.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead crews in recycling operations.Operate heavy equipment such as rock crushers, loaders, excavators, and skid steers.Ensure safe and efficient recycling of concrete and mulch.Maintain and troubleshoot equipment performance.Adhere to safety compliance and OSHA standards.

Essential Skills

5+ years of heavy equipment operation experience.Knowledge of concrete and mulch recycling processes.Strong leadership and crew supervision skills.Mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.Safety compliance and adherence to OSHA standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Prior supervisory or foreman experience preferred.Ability to read site plans and coordinate workflow.Strong communication and organizational skills.Physical capability to work outdoors in demanding conditions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tinton Falls, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
