**Job Title: Field Technician** Job Description Join a diversified and dynamic team as a Field Technician, specializing in ground water drilling and service operations. This role involves working with commercial and residential water wells, focusing on the installation and servicing of pumps and piping. Responsibilities + Assist in taking pumps out of the ground and installing them. + Work with a rig for lifting pumps and pipes, assembling them on site with the crew. + Carry large water pipes and utilize machinery to install pipes in the ground. + Work outdoors 95% of the time, in varying weather conditions. Essential Skills + General labor experience in landscaping, concrete, or similar fields. + Mechanical aptitude with experience in using hand and power tools. + Comfortable working with heavy equipment and in outdoor environments. + Ability to lift 80 lbs. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 1+ year of experience in mechanically inclined positions or general labor/construction/concrete. + Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a plus. + Desire to advance and grow within the company. Work Environment Technicians will work either in the shop or in the field, often with at least one other person to provide direction and ensure tasks are completed effectively. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Plain, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
