**Heavy Equipment Operator** **_Pay:_** $25/hour **_Location:_** Carlisle, PA **_Job Type:_** Full time **Job Description** Seeking 1 highly skilled Heavy Equipment Operator who is familiar with new construction job sites, and can also grade dirt as well. Daily duties will include operating and being comfortable in an excavator, bulldozer, and skid steer. Minimum of 5+ years of experience required with solid work history displaying your skills. There will be minor travel as well. If you are working out of town, you will earn an additional $4/hour on top of your base rate. *This is a contract-to-hire position with a contract duration of a maximum of 6-months* **Responsibilities** + Safely and efficiently operate excavators, bulldozers, and skid steers in various job site conditions. + Perform excavation, trenching, backfilling, and grading as per project requirements. + Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and work orders to ensure accuracy. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator, specializing in excavators, bulldozers, and skid steers. + Ability to operate machinery with precision in various terrain and weather conditions. + Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and OSHA regulations. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy the benefits of working in a small company where you are not just a number.
