Job Description
We are seeking skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team in Baltimore, MD. This role involves operating a variety of heavy machinery including dozers, front-end loaders, and gradall excavators. The position requires precise and efficient grading work, with a balance of 60% operating machinery and 40% manual labor.
ResponsibilitiesOperate dozers, front-end loaders, and gradall excavators.Perform fine and finish grading tasks.Engage in manual labor tasks as needed.Maintain equipment and ensure safety standards are met.Essential Skills2+ years of experience operating dozers, front-end loaders, and gradall excavators.Proficiency in fine grading techniques.Strong understanding of heavy equipment operation.Additional Skills & QualificationsAdditional equipment operating experience is a plus.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
