Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team, working on large civil construction projects across the southern Massachusetts South Shore area. This role is vital for successfully reviewing plans and completing projects with a dedicated crew of operators and laborers. We are looking for someone with an expert level in underground utilities. Trenching, grading, and site work. Large excavators, loaders, and dozers are the daily drivers.

ResponsibilitiesReview construction plans and execute projects efficiently.Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, forklifts, and backhoes.Coordinate with a team of operators and laborers to ensure project success.Apply knowledge in surface grinding and civil construction techniques.Essential Skills5+ years of experience in site development.Proficiency in operating heavy equipment like excavators, dozers, forklifts, and backhoes.Experience in civil construction and surface grinding.Ability to interpret and review blueprints.Additional Skills & QualificationsOSHA 10 certification.Preferred experience in water and sewer systems.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $48.00/hr.
