Description: If you're looking for a job operating heavy machinery and have experience with Heavy Equipment Operating, then this is the position for you! We are seeking skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team and grade large commercial jobsites. This company is looking for operators to start right away, so we will provide a rapid interview process to get you working as soon as possible!
Responsibilities:
Operate a variety of heavy equipment ranging from excavators, dozers, backhoes, track hoes, scrapers, motor graders.Follow project plans and specifications to achieve desired grades and elevations.Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance.Essential Skills:
2+ years of Heavy Equipment Operating experience Heavy equipment operation.Experience with wheel loaders, tractors, scrapers, motor graders, dozers, bulldozers, loaders, excavations, backhoes.Grading and earthworks expertise.Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Strong understanding of earthmoving techniques.Ability to work efficiently and safely.Attention to detail.Work Environment: The work environment includes large dirt stage job sites, with the current project being a data center in Papillion. Job site work starts at 7:00 AM with a safety group up and continues through 5:00 PM. Candidates may work up to 10-12 hours per day and overtime is required for this position. Work includes most Saturdays and some Sundays.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
