**Heavy Equipment Operator - WEEKLY PAY - $30/Hour**

Location: Omaha, NE

Pay: $25 - $30/Hour (Depending on experience!)

Hours: Monday thru Friday // 6AM – 6PM

We are looking for a dependable and experiencedScraper Operatorto join our team. This role involves operating a scraper to cut to grade, leveling and preparing the terrain for final grading by Finish Dozer operators. The operator will be responsible for efficiently moving earth by scraping and loading material into the scraper bowl for relocation or removal, ensuring the ground is even and ready for the next phase of work.

Responsibilities:

Operate heavy equipment, specifically CAT Challenger Pull Scrapers and Quadtrac Scrapers.Perform cutting to grade, evenly leveling the terrain.Conduct pre-inspection and end-of-day inspection of the equipment.Report any mechanical concerns or issues to management promptly.Ensure professional conduct and appearance according to the site’s code of conduct.Communicate effectively and maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure safety.

Skills:

2+ years of experience operating scrapers on a commercial job site.Ability to operate heavy equipment such as CAT Challenger Pull Scrapers and Quadtrac Scrapers.Experience in commercial construction, civil construction, grading, and earthwork.Strong commitment to safety and ability to follow OSHA standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
