NOW HIRING: Asphalt Operator $25-35/hr (Weekly Pay)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Paver Operator. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the asphalt & paving industry and operating heavy equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of crew members and worksite visitors, completing projects efficiently, and maintaining equipment. You must be flexible with working hours, including overtime and weekends when needed, and be able to report to the shop in Plum or drive directly to the site if nearby.

Essential Skills2+ years of experience in the construction industry, preferably running pavers and asphalt equipment.2+ years of experience running heavy equipment.Understanding of basic math and measurements.Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Typical work hours are 7am-4pm. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends is required. Work sites are within a 1-hour radius of the shop in Plum. Candidates may also have to perform general laborer duties as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
